FAQ

Our programs are open to athletes aged 5-18 years. We also offer special considerations for athletes outside this age range based on their individual needs and development.

The program's registration fees cover all costs associated with training, field usage, and venue rental fees. This ensures that your athlete has access to the best facilities and coaching throughout the season.

Uniforms can be purchased through the team's uniform store. Athletes compete in the age group determined by their age on December 31st of the current year.

Athletes should wear comfortable workout attire and running shoes. They should also bring labeled water bottles to stay hydrated throughout practice.

Practices are designed to balance warm-ups, event-specific workouts, and fun, ensuring athletes develop their skills while enjoying the experience. Meets are typically held on Saturdays or Sundays, with the team calendar distributed upon registration.

Parents are not required to stay during practice. However, we encourage communication and engagement through parent meetings, where coaches are introduced and important information is shared.

Practices are postponed if there is thunder or lightning. Cancellations may also occur if park authorities deem conditions dangerous. We prioritize the safety of our athletes at all times.
