Coach String has been great in my high school daughters progress with her Jumps. She was strictly a triple jumper but recently participated in the long jump with confidence after just 3 sessions. Coach String is working to build her core, speed and technic with her jumps.

Coach Maurice was a great coach! He really broke down the skills which my daughter needs to improve into incremental steps that she can master individually for improvement. He also was very intuitive and was able to "read" my daughter's biggest obstacle to improving her high jump -- her over thinking of the mechanics. We will be signing up for more sessions with Coach Maurice.

My 15 year old daughter was new to track but a gifted athlete who plays elite soccer. Maurice helped her to learn the correct form and explained the physics behind it. She also practice off starter blocks which was her biggest challenge. Maurice was very patient with all of the questions that my daughter had (she is a perfectionist). With the help of Maurice, she helped her team win 2017 TAPPS 6A Track & Field State Championships.
I was blessed to have Coach Stringfellow as my Jumps Coach in my youth days with Track Houston. I went on to compete at Saint Gregory's University my freshman year. Eight months ago I had a baby girl and transferred to Jarvis Christian College where we did not have a coach. I still have passion for jumping so much I continued to try to compete. I have been searching and searching for Coach Stringfellow because he was one of the ONLY jump coaches that I admired and never will forget and I seek your help in progressing further in Long Jump.
Coach Stringfellow, Has been a catalyst in my Grandson Christian athletic career, Coach Stringfellow has worked with Christian on his athleticism. Christian does not want run track (although I believe he should). Christian is a serious high school basketball player who usually spends his summer playing on traveling AAU teams of basketball summer camps. This summer Christian decided he wanted to learn how to box as part of his overall fitness training. I can say that Coach Stringfellow influence in Christian fitness training has put him on another athletic level. Christian who is quite leader now wants to step up and share some of his training with his fellow High School & AAU Basketball teammates.
Coach Stringfellow, is making a difference in my daughters lives 11 year old Dawn and 9 my year old Danielle are budding track athletes. Coach Stringfellow has put them on the path to physical fitness and healthy eating. In our brief training sessions he has given the girls small tips on running, jumping and throwing. He has set a training path for them to start competing in spring 2016. His no pressure approach is refreshing.

Coach Maurice is a one of a kind coach that definitely makes sure that you leave his sessions understanding the techniques required for better results at my daughter’s track meets. She leaves every session feeling as though she’s had a full workout and is always ready for the next track meet. Her jump improved after one session and we look forward to continued success.
Coach Maurice was able to diagnose the problems my teenage son who is a sprinter was having in the first session. His workouts and advice helped my son make immediate improvements.

Coach Maurice has assisted Kristen by helping her understand the importance and connection of the workout drills and events that she participates in. She is very analytical, and he helps her reflect through video observations and by modeling drills with her on the different phases of her events. Thus, I have seen her confidence increase as of the results of our sessions.
Coach Stringfellow, has mad difference in my sons life as it relates to track & field. Coach Stringfellow evaluated my son, and spoke to his high scholl coaches about him particapating in the long jump & discuss. He is training my son and the high school are starting to notice that the strength and power is forming. My son J is now more confident in his ability to compete on the high school level & enventually summer track.
